Ellen Bradley

Ellen provides expert advice on tax-efficient estate planning strategies for clients in various personal situations. She regularly prepares Wills, including Discretionary Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations, to ensure that clients have a comprehensive estate plan.

In addition, Ellen handles estate administration and obtains Grants of Probate in all Australian jurisdictions. Many of her clients own assets overseas, which adds complexity to both the estate planning process and the administration of the estate. Ellen is known for her empathy, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a smooth and efficient estate administration process.

Furthermore, Ellen has experience in handling complex property transfers in both New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. These transfers often involve tracing the executor’s chain of succession through multiple deceased estates.

With her previous experience in the Business and Corporate section at Bradley Allen Love, Ellen also brings a commercial perspective to matters when necessary.

Ellen has successfully achieved a Master’s degree in Laws (Applied Law) with a specialization in Wills & Estates. She joined Bradley Allen Love in January 2013 and was granted admission to practice in the ACT Supreme Court in 2014. In December 2019, Ellen earned a promotion to the position of Director. Her exceptional skills and expertise in Wills & Estates Litigation and Wills, Estates Litigation, and Succession Planning in the ACT have been acknowledged by Doyle’s Guide, where she is recognized as a leading Lawyer.
