Emmanuel Apokis

Emmanuel holds the position of one of the Managing Partners at the firm. In his role as Managing Partner, Emmanuel is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Prime Law Group. He is also the head of both the Family Law and Criminal Law Divisions, having obtained and maintained his Specialist Accreditation in Criminal Law from the Law Society of New South Wales.

Throughout his entire career, Emmanuel has focused on practicing Family and Criminal Law. This background has given him a unique advantage over other lawyers who specialize in only one area of law.

As a result, Emmanuel has successfully grown and managed both our Family Law and Criminal Law departments.

As a Manager, Emmanuel upholds the motto, “We don’t run matters, we represent clients”. This belief is deeply ingrained in the ethos of Prime, where our approach to work is always centred around serving our clients’ best interests to the best of our abilities. We recognize that our clients come to us during times of need and often in distress, so it is crucial for us to remain constantly mindful of this fact as we guide them through complex and stressful legal processes.
