When he established his own law firm in 2002, Mark’s objective was to create a practice that exceeded the already high standards for service and quality set by the country’s leading firms. He has also gained extensive expertise in performing and providing counsel on intricate commercial, real estate, and equity conflicts for a diverse range of prominent clients, including both public and private companies, investors, and individuals involved in the property industry.

Before establishing Deutsch Miller, Mark worked as a lawyer in the litigation department at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons). Since then, he has managed numerous disputes arising from property transactions and developments, matters relating to estates and succession for private clients, complex equity claims such as breach of trust claims, and disagreements between partners.

Mark has also cultivated enduring relationships with some of the most esteemed senior barristers at the NSW Bar and boasts extensive experience in effectively representing clients and achieving successful outcomes in mediations conducted by top ex-judicial mediators in Sydney.

When Mark is not assisting in guiding the Deutsch Miller organization, he takes pleasure in immersing himself in the water, sunlight, and sandy beaches of the Sutherland Shire alongside his children. Occasionally, he stays awake into the late hours of the night, contemplating innovative and unforeseen approaches to provide his Deutsch Miller clients with an extraordinary and remarkable experience.
