Susan Pearson

Susan is consistently recognized as one of the leading family lawyers throughout Australia.

With more than 35 years of experience in family law, Susan was among the first lawyers to be accredited as a specialist in family law by the Law Society of New South Wales.

Once again, Susan has been acknowledged in Doyle’s 2023 Guide to the Australian Legal Market as one of only five pre-eminent family solicitors in Sydney and one of only five pre-eminent family solicitors for high-value and complex property matters in New South Wales.

Susan is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and contributes to the reports of the World Bank Women, Business and the Law & Civil Society Organisation.

Representing prominent individuals with significant wealth, Susan handles complex cases involving parenting and property matters, including international financial cases that involve intricate corporate and trust structures.
